Two well-known indie rock bands, Passion Pit and Bastille, are touring the country as part of the Mercedes-Benz Evolution Tour. The tour began in NYC on June 23 and will move through Chicago, Las Angeles, and Atlanta before ending in Austin on 10/22.
The tour is part of an effort on behalf of Mercedes-Benz to connect with younger consumers. "Music is becoming one of the most important customer intersects at Mercedes-Benz as we reach younger customers through brand experiences," said Drew Slaven, vice president of marketing at Mercedes-Benz USA.
