Talk about a great experience! I saw a car on the dealer's website that interested me. I was immediately contacted and after some chatting, the representative said that they would locate the vehicle and call me back. Gus was amazing. After driving off the lot I noticed a real difference with my car so the service I got for my car was all worth it. My service specialist Armin was so cool and very friendly! I was very happy with the way he treated me. I wished they had more loaner cars to give out so I can do my errands and pick up my daughter at school. They only offered Uber rides home and back the next day so that’s the only thing I didn’t like about Calabasas. Van Nuys Mercedes usually had loaner cars for me. As far as the service performed on my car, I can’t complain they did a great job!

They are forward thinking and save me loads of time- as well as working within my warranty. I drove over a very bad pothole and it caused one of my head lights to go out. Jason was able to find exactly what happened and fixed it like it was no big deal! He found a part that was just randomly laying inside the engine cabin, not broken and was needed to repair the issue. He knew exactly what to look for and got the job done. I am super grateful.

He was professional, polite, and answered all my questions about the MB I was purchasing. Since this is my first MB in 10 years certain features changed. Brian is knowledgeable, showed me all the features. I asked where the jump points are and the battery, he knows where it is. This is not the first time I have dealt with dealerships and many of the sales rep are not familiar with the vehicles. There is no high pressure tactics used by the Brian or the finance person, Raja. Brian also worked with me regarding the return of my car to my hometown of Paso Robles via AAA. As most times, the service team was great and attentive to my concerns with my 2019 E300. This time around I worked with Jason Grijalva (1st time) and he was nothing but professional for the whole experience. I was updated for every step of the service. The service was as expected from MB. The service adviser was polite and informative. However, I disagree with his statement that both front tires are wearing out and not covered under the warrantee. I have a little over 20K miles on them. I performed all the service with you and no one ever told me that the front tires needed and alignment. These tires are the run flat type and are not cheap. I scheduled an appointment to fix or replace the driver’s side window button. Because of supply and distribution, the part is not available anywhere in CA. I emailed MB Parts in AR, UT, TN, NY and a couple of other states. Found an aftermarket replacement on Amazon; ordered it! I thought that was the dealer could have advised when I scheduled so I didn’t have to waste a drive only to be told the part is not available ANYWHERE. Advisor was helpful, courteous and apologetic. Ran an inspection-all good.

Had a B1 service completed for my 2018 AMG GLE 43. Made the appointment online on 5/30/22 for 5/31/22 at 9:00am in Calabasas. Was 15 minutes early, two service reps contacted me and both said I was not on the schedule. 15 minutes later, 3rd person, Assistant Service Manager, came out with an iPad and checked me in. Was polite, professional, and competent. Unlike the first two, both polite, but not competent. They did not know how to check for an appointment made online. They did not know what question to even ask. This shows either inadequate training or incompetence. The service took two hours and they included a vacuum and wash, all very good and expected. When you pay a premium price for a luxury vehicle, you expect premium service!

My experience was very straight forward and very easy to make a deal that was satisfactory to everyone. Most of the pricing and negotiation was was done online. Went to test drive the car I loved it. I walked into MBZ of Calabasas with the intention of getting a 2017 GLC with a certain set of options for my budget. (I'm a return customer and I'm picky as hell) what I got was excellent customer service. Their Sales Manager David referred me to their sales agent Tracy Obermeier who in turn relentlessly searched the Sonic MBZ database for the exact car, color and options I was looking. 2 weeks later and having reviewed several listings with me she managed to find and get me into a very special deal on a 2020 demo within my monthly and total budget range and even more options then I was looking for,,, F***ing FANTASTIC!!! Nothing else to say. Buyer beware if you're as picky and as discriminating of a buyer as I am. MBZ Calabasas is where to go! I live in down in South OC and end up buying my Benz's all the way up here, there is a difference!

I had my C300 in for service, they also during the inspection found 2 warranty items that needed attention. Took care of it. Had my car for 4 days but had a loaner car. The day after it was returned the battery was dead took it back, no issues replaced it. The next day my car started a loud squealing noise they sent a tow truck to pick it up. Brought me loaner car. After minor adjustments to a warranty item they brought me my car and picked up the loaner. Everything here works smoothly and efficiently. From my call to set up my cars service (Kyle is my guy) to paying for it and driving away nothing goes awry. Transportation to and from the facility is complementary. A loaner if needed is free also. My car was checked over with a fine tooth comb to assure my safety and discounts or coupons are available at times. The waiting area is comfortable and large enough to accommodate these trying times and of course wifi and coffee are available. In my opinion this is a top notch establishment!

After being greeted by Service Advisor Edward Washington, he ran through the different items on the service checklist and showed me the waiting area, where coffee and comfortable chairs awaited. I was told the service would take about an hour, and true to his word the car appeared serviced -- and washed -- in just about an hour. Highly recommend the service and Edward Washington.

I own a 2006 cls55amg. my check brake notification came on and I drove to dealer. no appointment or anything.
