The 3.0-liter V6 engine delivers 329 horsepower and goes from zero to 60 in 6.4 seconds; this engine option comes standard on the E400 model. The second engine is standard on the E550 model which puts out 402 horsepower from a 4.7-liter V8 Engine. Both engines are equipped with fuel-saving ECO start/stop system which automatically shuts the engine off at stoplights and other idling situations. Once you left off the break ad resume driving the engine instantly restarts with immediate acceleration response
